About this update

The Zoola Team continues on its journey to deliver you the most widely used Learning Analytics solution in the market. We are excited to share a couple highlights of the most recent enhancements that we have released:

Zoola 

• ENHANCEMENT: Rename existing Moodle and Totara artifacts with more meaningful names and descriptions. We have reorganized all the existing out of the box Zoola artifacts to make them easier to search across and use. Each report and dashboard has now been categorized by type and provided more detailed titles and descriptions that better explain the purpose/usage of the report or dashboard.

• ENHANCEMENT: Zoola Support Chat for Administrators. To make contacting Zoola's Support Team easier, we have introduced a new "Chat with us" button that allows Zoola administrators to open a support ticket directly through the Zoola interface. This feature is only available to users that have the Zoola Administrator permission settings and is hidden to all other users.

Zoola Block

• ENHANCEMENT: Configurable token expiration settings. Some customers were experiencing issues where Zoola was not allowing login due to authentication token expiration issues. To resolve this we have added the ability within the Zoola block to set a token time period. This can be changed within the Zoola Block settings located under Plugins > Blocks > Zoola.

Bug Fixes

• FIX: Resolved an issue where the Zoola Reports block was not returning dates and times according to a user's LMS timezone setting. This has now been resolved and the Zoola Reports block now adjusts according to a user's timezone and language localization.
