The Zoola Team continues on its journey to deliver you the most widely used Learning Analytics solution in the market. We are excited to share a couple highlights of the most recent enhancements that we have released:

Zoola Reports Block

The Zoola Reports Block has under gone some major enhancements that allow for new reports views to be embedded, along with the inclusion of a number of tools that make sharing and distributing Zoola reports directly from the LMS even easier. We're really excited to include these features as the Zoola Reports block and the ability to embed Ad Hoc reports within the LMS has proven to be one of the most popular features of the platform. Many of these features were built through direct customer requests, so please continue to share your ideas about Zoola with our team.

  • ENHANCEMENT: Embed Zoola Dashboards directly within the Zoola Reports block. Interactive dashboards can now be added through the Zoola Reports block. These views allow for all the same filtering and drill down options that are available directly within Zoola, but now you can share these views directly from the LMS.



  • ENHANCEMENT: Send as Email functionality. We have now added another option for distributing reports using Zoola, which allows you to send the report via email. By clicking on the new "Send as Email" button you can now compose a message and attach the Zoola report directly to the email so you can share report information more easily and directly from the LMS.

After clicking on the button you are taken to a screen where you can compose your email message and send the report out to your recipients 


  • ENHANCEMENT: Added filters, export options and page navigation options to embedded reports - To make navigation of embedded reports easier we have now included access to the filters, export options and page navigation directly from the block itself. You can now navigate easily through all your reports, regardless how they are displayed within the LMS.

Bug Fixes

  • FIX: Fixed an issue associated with the scheduler not sending dashboards
