Organization Admin

Also called the organization administrator. A user in an organization with the privileges to manage the organization’s user accounts and roles, repository permissions, and repository content. An organization admin can also create suborganizations and manage all of their accounts, roles, and repository objects. The default organization admin in each organization is an administrator account.
